Eli's preschool went to the children's museum today for a field trip. I was so thankful that Grammy was kind enough to come watch Miles and Silas, so I could just focus on Eli and enjoy some one on one time. He had a ton of fun!

Silas is feeling back to his sweet, little self after battling a cold for the last week. He's getting so big, and I just want to keep him this small forever!

I've been looking for a specific frame forever it seems for the boys bathroom. I finally found then today at Hobby Lobby. I was very excited!!

I took Eli back in to get his ears checked. The office was crazy busy, and we waited over an hour to even see the doctor. The boys were on their best behavior (thankfully), and Eli's ear was all cleared up! Somebody really needs to invent something, where you can tell at home if the ear is infected. It would save a lot of time!

Silas was supporting the wildcats today. We had a big win last night, which made daddy very happy. Very!!!! My good friend, Ashley, sent him this outfit before he was born, and it seemed so big. Now he can fit into it.

Poor Eli has been running a temp and has a bad ear infection. He was looking pretty pitiful today. I hate when the boys are sick, as I feel so helpless not being able to make things all better.

Grammy was nice enough to come help me take all 3 boys to the doctor. It is not an easy task to keep Eli and Miles entertained while waiting, which can be up to an hour. I am so thankful for her willingness to help, and her love for the boys.

I never run errands with all 3 boys, unless it is a very quick stop. Ryan has been working late lately, thus we have had some very long days. I needed to get out of the house so braved Target by myself with all 3 littles. I pushed the stroller, and pulled the cart. I received a lot of stares from other customers, but the boys did great! Silas slept the whole time, and E and M ate their popcorn.

Here is a comparison of Silas and Miles at 5 months. I remembered after taking some of Silas, that I had some similar ones of Miles, so I was curious to see how they compared. I think Si is a good combo of both his big brothers. His head shape is Eli's for sure.

Miles loves to talk on the phone. It's usually always Papa, but on this particular day when I asked him who he was talking to, he said, "Jesus!" Eli was sitting next to him on the step, and he told Miles to tell Jesus that he was not being a good boy.

Miles is a Daddy's boy for sure! You can almost guarantee that Eli will request Mommy to put him to bed, and Miles will ask for Daddy. We always read a book before bed to calm the boys down, but Ryan likes to do the opposite. He gets them all worked up, which is exactly why Miles prefers him!

Bath time! Silas loves to kick around in his bath. He does not mind getting wet, or the water in his eyes. Miles loves to help me give Silas his bath as well, although he usually just makes a big mess for me to clean up! Silas is about to outgrow the tub!

Miles had so much fun at the Valentine's party at Eli's school. He ran right into the classroom when we got there, and sat down next to Eli during circle time. He tried to sit down at the table to do the craft, and was not very happy when I moved him because he was not taking part. He loved watching Eli sing, and even got on stage at the end. Eli was so excited to show Miles off to his friends. Miles favorite part was the cookie he received.

Silas turned 5 months yesterday. How the heck did that happen? I love the rolls on his arms, and his cherry red lips. He definitely has me wrapped around his little finger. I don't even mind it when he wakes up me in the middle of the night as I get in extra snuggle time.

Happy Valentine's Day! I'm so blessed to have 4 guys in my home who love me. What a lucky girl! We had a great day at Eli's school party, and dinner at Chipotle. I love Ryan and the boys more than I ever thought was possible. So thankful for them!

Oh, and Si is 5 months today. How is that possible?!?

Eli and I baked some cookie bars for his teachers. They turned out great! Eli was so excited to take them to school!

Every Tuesday and Thursday I get to hang out with these two, while Eli is at pre-school. Miles loves to have all the toys to himself and is so good. We almost always run some errands on these days, which he loves as well. Miles loves, loves Silas! He asks to kiss him all the time.

Mamaw bought Silas this shirt for Valentines Day. He is surely the cutest little prince I know!

We drove back home today after a great weekend. Eli plays so hard when we are there. He has so much fun! He was asleep within minutes of leaving Grammy's!

The girls were over at mom's today hanging out with us. Eli and Miles loved every minute. Eli acts as if they all belong to him. "Come on girls...lets go! Follow me girls! Hey...girls!!" They love to hold Silas as well!

Miles loves going in to our room to get Silas up from his nap. He can put his feet through the slats at the bottom, and peek right over at his baby brother. Silas loves to see his face when he wakes up!

It was an absolutely gorgeous day! I had to keep telling myself it was still winter, and not to get used to the warmth. After naps, we headed to the park. We all loved getting some some sunshine!

We went to Monkey Joe's this morning. Eli had been asking to go, but I wasn't sure how I could watch both boys, since Eli is able to do the bigger inflatables. I decided I would be brave and just see how it goes, and it actually wasn't hard at all. Miles wasn't too crazy about the inflatables, so he would just run after Eli. Silas just hung out in his car seat. Miles did go down one of the big slides, which I was surprised.

I downloaded a self timer app for my iPhone today. The boys and I tried it out, and I can't stop smiling at the picture. It truly captures their personalities. The app doesn't beep or anything so they really had no idea what was going on. I just told them to look at the phone.

While Miles was napping today, I decided it would be the perfect time to work on writing our letters. Eli was so excited! I made some E's for Eli to trace, and then he tried some on his own. After a frw tries, he had it! Next we did the L. Well, actually he told me he knew how to write an L, and sure enough, he did! We moved on to the I, which was easy too, and then he worked on all 3 together. I was a proud Mom!!!

When Ryan arrived home, Eli wanted to show him, and he did so all by himself. I was really impressed!

Silas is on a pretty regular schedule. He almost always wakes and eats at 7, so our day continues from there on a 4 hour eating schedule. (Usually) He always takes his naps in his crib, and I always just lay him down when he's tired, and he falls to sleep. Well, I guess he was extra tired today because he fell asleep while I was holding him. I enjoyed every minute.

Snow day!!

It was snowing like crazy this morning, so we headed outside to play. The snow is fluffy, so it's perfect to play in, although not good for snowman making. The boys had so much fun! I love seeing them having so much fun. When we came inside, Eli said to me, "I sure did have fun playing outside with you!"

Eli loves working puzzles, and is actually pretty darn good at them! He could work on them all day. I'm ready for warmer weather!

If you walked into our house, you'd probably find these two nuts chasing one another on their scooters, and wearing some sort of hat. They keep me entertained!
