Tuesday

The boys are loving the Christmas tree. Eli wanted to know why there was grass all over it. I had to put all the ornaments up top as Miles' little hands like to take them off. We've only broken one so far. It will be a Christmas miracle if that's the only one.

Monday

The boys love their scooters. At almost anytime of the day, you can find them zooming around, chasing each other on one of these. Then they leave them parked somewhere. They have provided hours of entertainment.

Sunday

Somer made Silas a cute onesie that I just love. I put it on him this morning and snapped a few photos while he was wide awake. Silas is so sweet and happy these days...I just love him! He is the perfect addition to our family.

Friday

Happy Birthday to me!!

I had a great 32nd birthday with family. We had our Thanksgiving tonight so it worked out perfectly to be my BDay meal as well. Mom made a delicious meal as always, and even made her famous cake! Dad bought me my usual ice cream cake from Baskin n' Robbins. It was a great night!

Thursday

Happy Thanksgiving!!

We celebrated with Ryan's family tonight, and will do ours tomorrow night. We had a fun day playing with all the cousins. Eli and Miles were excited to finally have a boy cousin to play with. Charlie is such a cutie!!

Wednesday

Ryan, Eli, Miles and I ran into the mall real quick this morning to exchange some shoes for Ryan. Since we weren't there for very long, we decided to grab a quick bite to eat on our way home. Miles loves to go "bye-bye!"

Tuesday

Eli and Miles are really starting to interact with each other. It's not always laughter and good times, but they are having more conversations, and playing more. Nobody can make Miles laugh like Eli can. Miles loves when Eli pays attention to him. They were on the couch tonight and Miles thought it was hilarious that Eli was sitting on him.

Monday

Eli took a trip to the fire station with his pre-school. He was very excited, as he loves fire trucks! His favorite part was sitting in the truck of course! Afterwards we went to chick-fil-a for lunch, which he loved sitting with his friends and playing in the play area.

Sunday

It was a gorgeous day today! After naps we went for a walk with Papa and the "girls." The boys had lots of fun, and Silas slept the whole time. He loves the Ergo!

I'm so thankful we live close enough to family that we can do things like this. Especially our Grandparents!

Saturday

After their oatmeal, the boys asked for some lucky charms. They know they only get these at Granmy's house. They both will only eat the marshmallows. Miles had some green teeth afterwards.

Friday

The boys love to sing, dance, and play guitar. We have one dance party daily, and these are probably some of my most favorite memories with the boys so far. They laugh so hard, you can't help but smile. I hope these are moments they always remember.

Thursday

Silas had his 2 month appointment today. He weighed in at 14 lbs 2 oz and 23.5 inches. He cried right when he felt the shots, but stopped as soon as I picked him up. Dr. W thought he looked just like his brothers. (This was the first time we were able to get into her with Silas)

Wednesday

Eli saw all the Christmas trees on display when we went to Target, and loved all the lights and decorations. I remembered I bought him a tiny tree last year for his room, so after naps we put his up. He was so excited and can't stop looking at it.

Tuesday

Silas is so sweet. I'm cherishing every moment since this is my last baby.

Monday

Eli always makes us laugh. (Maybe not always!) He has such a great imagination, and entertains himself quite well. Today he came in the room while I was feeding Silas with this get up on.

Sunday

Sunday night football!!

This is what I have to look forward to in the coming years. All 4 of my boys glued to the tv watching sports. Oh well, at least they're cute!

Saturday

It's a gorgeous day today with temps in the high 60s. Ryan took the boys to the park this morning, and now we're playing out in the back. I figured we better soak up the warmth while we can.

Friday

Silas is 8 weeks old today. I cannot believe how fast those weeks have flown by!!! I dread his doctor appointment next week when he has to get his shots. :(

Thursday

Eli had picture day today at school. Well, it was supposed to be today. We didn't go last Thursday since we were out of town, and this is when they sent home the note about picture day moving. I didn't get the memo, but boy did Eli look adorable this morning. (If I do say so myself). I love this little boy so much!

Wednesday

It's a rainy day here in the bluegrass. The boys woke up much earlier than usual, so even though it is only 10, it feels like noon. They love baths, and needed one, so I decided it would be good entertainment. They are really starting to play better together.

Thankful to live in America where I have the freedom to choose who I want as president. Even more thankful that God already has our lives planned and that He is in control!

Monday

Just a typical Monday around here. Lots of play time, naps, cleaning, etc. All 3 boys have colds again. Ugh!!

Sunday

Miles hair was quite long, and needed a shape up in a bad way. I haven't had good luck with taking him in somewhere, as nobody seems to be able to do a decent job, so I asked Grammy if she would. She didn't think she could, but she did a much better job than the salon!!! The biggest challenge was getting him to sit still. We had to pull out a sucker to help.
It looks great now!

Saturday

I'm so thankful to have so many sweet nieces, and to have 5 of them live so close. (4 on my side + 1 on Ryan's) I'm even more thankful for the way they love on my boys, and make them feel special. Ella and Hannah were so cute laying on the floor next to Silas today, getting him to coo and smile.

Friday

I'm doing a 30 day Instagram challenge of gratitude for the month of November. Today's was a smile. I am so thankful for my children's smiles...they can always make me feel better.

Thursday

My Mom makes the best chocolate cake you'll ever taste! She made it last night for Heather's birthday, and I enjoyed another slice today. I could eat half of the cake on on sitting!!

Wednesday

I'm stealing one of Heather's photos again. The boys and I decided last minute to surprise her for her birthday. We stopped by her classroom on the way in, and Eli loved hanging out with her students. Eli was so excited to go trick-or-treaters (as he called it). He had so much fun with his "girls" as he refers to them as. Miles had fun walking around, even though he wasn't into the candy. Eli cracked us up! After a few houses, he looked at his stash and said, "whoa! I've got a lot of candy. I'm going to get a monster belly ache!!" It was a great night!!
